SERVING THE CHURCH IN ITS RESPONSE TO POVERTY AND INJUSTICE

The Warehouse works in partnership with churches in Cape Town, South Africa as they respond to the poverty and injustice that pervades our society.

Jim Wallis, in his book The Great Awakening said, "Imagine a fulfillment in our time of the words of the prophet Amos: ‘Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.' Just imagine."

Cape Town recently faced large numbers of internally displaced people due to xenophobic violence and The Warehouse was very involved in helping churches respond to this crisis.
