If you have been donating to the Warehouse, you can generate your own contribution statement which will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment. If you don’t know what your Unique ID number is, please contact wendy@warehouse.org.za, as you will need this to generate your statement.

NB: in order for this webpage to generate your contribution statement, it has to interface with our CRM system in the background, please type in your Unique ID, click into the next tab and wait for the system itself to bring up your details. Otherwise you will get a template with blank spaces where your details should be.
