“My hope for the Church is that it is still God's choice for active engagement (hands and feet) in this world. Matt 16:18 gives an assurance that not even the gates of hell can withstand the church. In a world where the church is vilified and full of faults, it is still God's undisputed solution for this world.”

OUR TEAM
Leadership + Operations
Nicole Hall
“My hope for the church is that God’s people will be known by their love for each other, and that this won’t only be a spiritual love but an active love that both seeks and lives out God’s Kingdom and Shalom on earth as it is in Heaven.”
Respond Coordination
Lester Sedras
“My Hope is that more churches see this work of compassion as integral to their very existence. What excites me most is seeing the Church actively living the Word of God... visible to all, especially to those who need it the most— faith and action meeting to fulfil God's heartbeat!”
Serving as Long-term Volunteer
Dr Selena Headly
"My hope for the church is that we will open our doors and hearts, spilling out onto the streets, holistically expressing the tangible love and presence of Jesus Christ in broken communities."
Training + Programmatic Work
Zenzile Molo
“My hope for the church lies not in the institutions themselves, but in the individuals within them who are committed to justice and advocacy. These are the people who recognise the transformative potential of community and are willing to engage in critical and contextual dialogues to address the challenges of our time..."
Social media leader
Mégan Schilder
"My hope for the church is the faithfulness of God. Without it we’re doomed to our propensity for selfish gain without consequence, but with it we have a drawing that helps us see how God sees and fills us with love like God has."
Programmatic Work
Phaphama Zosiwe
"My hope for the Church is that she continues to try her best to breach the divisions that keep Her from being the unified Body of Christ. I know it's not an easy journey but I believe it's doable."
